Various Local Government Units and other Schools of the Philippines announces suspensions of classes (SELECTED AREAS) on Thursday, December 05, 2019 due to bad weather by Typhoon Tisoy (Kammuri). As of 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm “TISOY” {KAMMURI} was estimated based on all available data at 540 km West of Subic, Zambales (14.8 °N, 115.3 °E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. Typhoon Tisoy will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility tomorrow morning. The Tropical Storm “TISOY” is moving west at 10 kph and has a maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph.
