John Rez Ditongco comes to Aksyon Ora Mismo the “Pambansang Sumbongan” hosted by Ben Tulfo asking help concerning the car incident involving John and the Driver of Republic Gas Corporation (REGASCO) causing damage to the car of the victim in the road accident.

According to John the operation supervisor of REGASCO comes to rescue during the accident and agreed to settle all the damages in his car.

Police blotter indicated the agreement between two parties. When John come to the office of REGASCO for the said settlement and financial assistance, nobody will entertain him.

According to the girl personnel, she said that their company lawyer will be the one to talk with their concern.

The BITAG Team comes to assist John and face the lawyer in the person of Atty. Manuel Ponce, Jr. As you notice how this lawyer insisted to disregard the claim of John and strongly refused to talk Ben Tulfo.
