A certain complainant named Mark Bercasio, he stated his wife goes with other man but he was willing to forgive her in return to go back to him and fix their relationship.
But the wife will not go with him anymore and also brainwashed her child not to go with his father.
Tulfo warned the wife that she will face charges if she will not return to her husband, but instead of doing the right thing the wife will not return to his husband anymore and even challenge him(mark) to put her to jail if it was his will.
