Canadian foreigner “William Top” comes to idol Raffy Tulfo in “Raffy Tulfo in Action” asking help against his Filipina girlfriend Raven Lauron, a college student.

Mr. Top told idol Raffy that he want Miss Lauron to give him back all the money, a scooter and farmland worth almost a million all in all he gave her when they’re in good relationship before.

According to Raven Lauron, she did not ask for him but voluntarily gives her because they are in relationship. But idol Raffy explained that Mr. Top gives her because he trust her and believes that she is a good girl in relationship and not a scammer.

Before the end of the video, idol Raffy Tulfo promised to Mr. Top to extend his full support so that Miss Lauron return everything she got from him. Idol Raffy explained that he cannot afford to let Miss Lauron to destroy the good reputation of the Filipinos to the eyes of the foreigner.

Many of the Filipino netizen and foreigner followers of idol Raffy appreciated his good action in favor to the foreigner Mr. Top even if he is not a Filipino. As for him, idol Raffy Tulfo is a good man of principle who can be trusted of everybody to depend the rights as long as someone is in truth and in the right side.
