Raffy Tulfo in Action is a public service affairs program that help may Filipinos who are in need and in trouble. This program is filled with advices and moral lesson that is very applicable to our lives. This program also rescued many OFW abroad who are abused and mistreated by their employers. The complainant in this episode is named Nancy Seguerra who complains about Norly Sotto, age 43 years’ old who is in a relationship with the 16-year-old daughter of the complainant and he never stayed away from the minor even though he is scolded by Nancy. According to the complainant’s daughter, she ran away from home with Norly because she was raped by her cousin and didn’t tell her mother because she did not felt close to her and uses her to get some money from a Pakistani and had intimate encounter. According to Mr. Tulfo, it is against the law for a 43-year-old to have a relationship with a minor. For more details, please watch the full video below.
