The local government has declared a suspension of some local governments because of the ramifications of the tropical depression Samuel. Local Governments issues #WalangPasok on selected areas only. According to PAGASA, “TROPICAL DEPRESSION “SAMUEL” HAS SLIGHTLY WEAKENED AND IS NOW IN THE VICINITY OF DARAM, SAMAR.”

At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression “SAMUEL” was estimated based on all available data at in the vicinity of Daram, Samar (11.6 °N, 124.8 °E ).

Here are the lists of classes suspended on November 21, 2018:

• Agutaya, Palawan – all levels (public and private)
• Busuanga, Palawan – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
• Cagayancillo, Palawan – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
• Magsaysay, Palawan – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
• San Vicente, Palawan – all levels (public and private)
• Taytay, Palawan – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
• Bohol – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
• Cebu City – all levels (public only)
• Cebu province – preschool to senior high school (public only), and:
  • Alegria – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
  • Danao – all levels (public only)
  • Dumanjug – all levels (public only)
  • Lapu-Lapu – all levels (public only)
  • Talisay – all levels (public only)
• Negros Oriental – all levels (public and private)
• Tacloban City – all levels (public and private)
• Iloilo City – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
