“WALANG PASOK. Mayor Evelio Leonardia issues Executive Order No. 22 suspending classes in all levels, both public and private, in Bacolod City tomorrow [Nov. 21, Wednesday] due to Tropical Depression “Samuel.”

Classes in all levels-preschool, elementary, high school, and college – both public and private, in Bacolod City are suspended on Wednesday due to Tropical Depression “Samuel.”
Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia, citing Presidential Executive Order No. 66, issued an Executive Order suspending classes on November 21, 2018, after consulting with the office of the Civil Defense (OCD), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) and Department of Education (DepEd).
