The complainant in this episode is named Michelle Muñoz who complains about her ex-live in partner who is an OFW who threatened her that she will be killed and will be sued with a case of kidnapping if she will take her child in the custody of her ex-live in partner’s parents. According to the complainant’s ex-live in partner, he does not want to give the custody of his child to her because according to him she cannot take care of the child effectively.
