The complainant in this episode is named Milky Naquila who complains about her husband who hurts her physically for 14 years in their marriage. The complainant’s husband is a Seaman, a drunkard and abusive husband. Their four children were the witness of the said abuse. Milky decided to file a case of physical abuse to her husband.
