Raffy Tulfo in Action is a program that helps thousands of Filipinos around the world who are facing problems and issues of injustice, betrayal and inequality. The complainant in this episode is named Chen, a student, with her mother Jonnah who complains about the people who were bullying her. But despite of it, she pursued her studies and even became an honor student in her school, being top three in their class. The complainant also sells ice candy to help her mother with finances but she stopped because of the bad words said to her of the said people like, “She is a thief “and “Magna Cum Laude”.
