The complainant is named SG Rodel Lizardo who was fooled by her ex-live in partner. They first met through chat and decided to meet personally and then they decide to live together. But unknowingly, she married to another guy. The girl asked him money, to buy expensive things like laptop, motorcycles and etc. her excuses were accepted by the complainant since he trusted so much. He even pawned his properties, land and all his savings were wasted because he was fooled by the woman he loved and trusted so much. He was left empty handed and broken because he was ripped off.
