The Complainant is Ferlito Lacaba, a stroke victim who had three children, he had been in this condition for already two years and he cannot support his children anymore because of his condition. His wife named Evelyn Hape left them because he married another guy who was younger. The children cries as they were giving a word for their mother. The mother did not respond to her children. She really had a stoned heart.

The CSWDO helped Mr. Ferlito to have a treatment. His three children were put under the custody of his relatives in Laguna.
