Here’s a viral video about a Traffic Enforcer being harassed by a rider and his family. On the video it can be seen that the Traffic Enforcer was being harassed by a group of men until he was brought in a swamp filled with water. According to Ryan Faldas, (Name of the Traffic Enforcer), he was just catching the rider since the rider violate a rule of not wearing a helmet. The poor Traffic Enforcer is beaten hardly not just with a one man but with his family and the issue made Mr. Raffy Tulfo angry.
