Here’s a viral video of a woman who gave birth on the waiting area of a hospital. This video has spread widely on social media. The hospital is named Laguna Provincial Hospital. A netizen took a video of this woman waiting on the lobby for her to enter the delivery room. According to the Director of Laguna Provincial Hospital Dr. Edgar Palacol the woman was not entered into the delivery room since they were full because of too many patients. The patient was attended by a hospital nurse and delivered the baby safely. Mr. Raffy Tulfo thanked the doctor. Issue cleared.
