A Netizen tagged Raffy Tulfo in Action on Facebook a video of a  Mandaluyong Traffic Enforcer who caught a rider who violated the rule since there’s an ordinance in that man to man riding in tandem except father and son are prohibited. But this Traffic Enforcer overlapped the boundaries since he also took the wallet of the rider which is inappropriate. The traffic Enforcer is named Patrick Punzalan. But in the end the Traffic Enforcer returned the wallet to the rider and Mr. Raffy Tulfo commended him for what he had done.
