The complainant is a mother who has a 2-year-old child she complains about the father of her child who does not support their child financially. The father is in abroad, his name is Allan Dupaan. According to the complainant, the allowance given to her by the child’s father is not sufficient because it is only 2,000 pesos per month. Mr. Dupaan reacts that the complainant does not let him be with his child in fair basis.

Mr. Dupaan agreed to give 300 dollars a month (15,000 pesos) to sustain the needs of the little boy. They agreed that the child must be in Allan’s custody for the meantime while he is here in the country.
