The Sandiganbayan finds probable cause for issuance of arrest warrant against MNLF founding Chairman Nur Misuari over graft cases rooting from ARMM ghost projects.

Associate Justice Sarah Jane Fernandez from anti-graft court’s Third Division issued the order in an 18-page resolution penned on August 31, 2017.

Nur Misuari says, “The fault of the Father cannot be inherited by his son, neither the father can be accused by the wrongdoings of his son.”
