Education is one of the basic needs of the people. Parents are doing their best no matter how hard it could be just to send their children to school knowing that education contributes to the good future especially to the young people. You have to spend plenty of money, effort and time just to earn the education and to finish your studies of the chosen field of endeavor. And if the end of all your struggles, the time you spend for your studies will just turn to nothing, this is just like a nightmare that will vanish away when you wake up in the morning.

Can you imagine the sentiment of these newly graduates of British College International, San Fernando, La Union who spent their 2-year time, money and effort to finish their chosen course, and then turn to nothing?

They are helpless, so they come to the program of the Action Man, “Raffy Tulfo in Action” seeking for help hoping that they can get refund of their money.

According to the newly graduates who come to the program of Raffy Tulfo, they have finished the 2-year course offered of the British College International, San Fernando, La Union but the program they have properly accomplished was not included to the course accredited by TESDA.

They come to the program of “Raffy Tulfo in Action” hoping that the Action Man can help them because they were not given justice with the school administrator in every time they come to office for any settlement.

During the program with the anchorman Raffy Tulfo, the newly graduate presented their case. The Action Man then called the attention of the school administrator in the person of Aurora Jalocon, residence School Administrator of British College International. Mrs. Jalocon then claimed that they’re accredited, but the Action Man immediately called the attention of Engr. Manuel Wong, Provincial Director, TESDA, Pangasinan to confirm her claimed, but Engr. Wong clarifies that the program is not accredited and that not supposed to be offered in their school.

The conversation with both parties come up with the settlement in front of Raffy Tulfo to refund the money that the newly graduates spend during the 2-year time of schooling.

At the end of the video, you will see them in the office of the TESDA Pangasinan in the presence of Engr. Wong with the School Administrator Mrs. Aurora Jalocon extending the partial refund and promise to give the full refund within the certain time appointed.
