Civil Service Commission (CSC) release passers for October 23, 2016 Civil Service Exam-Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) or popularly known as Career Service Examination for the Professional and Sub-Professional Level which is expectedly posted on Dec. 3, 2016. According to source, “results are expected on or before December 3, 2016 or 41 days after the last day of exams.”

Those who will pass should coordinate and verify with the CSC Regional Office concerned the availability of their Certification of Eligibility (CoE) and the requirements in claiming it. A complete directory of the CSC Regional Offices is available at the CSC website. Passers must personally claim their CoE. Representatives are not allowed to claim the same. Claiming of CoE shall be available approximately 30 days after the posting of the List of Passers, CSC added

In Professional Level test of CSE-PPT, 3hr test which includes vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, paragraph organization, reading comprehension, analogy, logic, and numerical reasoning (English and Filipino). For the latter, exam coverage is almost the same with the inclusion of clerical operations instead of analogy and logic and timed for 2.5 hours.

The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
