Pangasinan-San Carlos City, there were 4 family member who was immediately brought to the hospital cause of vomiting- a symptom of food poisoning. Eden Delos Santos who is one of the victim stated that they all start vomiting after eating the delicious mushrooms sautéed in shrimp paste and vegetables.

It was an unexpected incident as they always eat mushroom. It was merely a nightmare to them as they were poor and the four of them is in the hospital. Also included the hospitalized were 71-year-old Yolanda Delos Santos, Eden’s husband and their 3 year old daughter.

Stressed out by Dr. Policarpio Manuel, chief of hospital of Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, the four family membe may actually be a victim of food poisoning. Dr. Manuel has stated and urgently warn people to please be careful and refrain from eating mushrooms as they just grow out somewhere and they came toxic.
