Not only one had turned against Binay. Here is another Garcia turning to Digong. It has been two weeks since Winston Garcia of the One Cebu Party List Declare that their votes will go to Duterte instead to the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA). And now, the Cebu 3rd District Rep. Gwendolyn Garcia already stated, declaring that reason of her absences from the latter’s party turned out leaving the Vice President Jejomar Binay’s camp and turned to Duterte’s camp.

She said, “I can’t be with UNA if I am supporting Digong. That is why I am taking a leave of absence purely for that reason and no other. It was quite a difficult decision to make,”

Garcia is a former governor of Cebu and the decision she will be making and had made was never easy. However with the desicion in terms for provincemates has been easy to decide since they are longing and in overwhelming preference for Duterte in having a Bisaya President.

She added, “Cebuanos are looking at me. I was governor of Cebu for nine years. I can’t just stay silent. My voice is a voice many seek to hear, “Before this, my relationship with the vice president was very warm. I don’t think my decision will change. He has been a true friend in need and has been with me through thick and thin,”
