A day before the preliminary investigation in the case of Navarro-Cornejo-Lee, the Bureau of Investigation (NBI) released the new elevator kissing video of Cedric Lee and Deniece Cornejo. The said controversial video was a CCTV captured early morning of January 23, 2014 after the Police Station blotter of the mauling incident in the condo unit in January 22, 2014.

The said CCTV video proves that Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee have relationships beyond their claimed friendships.

According to the lawyer of Vhong Navarro, Atty. Alma Mallongga said, the new CCTV video released by the NBI will strengthens the allegation of her client Vhong Navarro in his testimony in connection to the mauling incident that happened on January 22, 2014 in the condo unit of Forbeswood Heights, Taguig.
