When it concerns cosmetic improvements, Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi has no reason to object. However, she appreciates her natural appearance. She finds nothing wrong with those who choose to get surgery.

She’s all with it if it matches their taste and boosts their confidence. With that said, she provided her assistance to one of their helpers who had approached her.

Mae, one of their long-term housekeepers, approached her for financial assistance in modifying her nose. Ivana is supportive of Mae, and she will settle in installments.

As shown in the vlog, she is incredibly close to her, and she let her, gave financial assistance, and decided to receive her money in installments, exactly like a family. She tried to pull off the “retoke” prank on her family by copying the “retoke” idea.

She had prosthetics placed on her nose, which helped to make the overall restructuring process more believable and realistic. Her first victim, her brother, was not pleased.

He became irritated and cold after Ivana told him about the “surgery” and insisted on knowing why she had to do it. She has the most gorgeous nose in their family, according to him. Her sister was a victim as well, but Mama Alawi was not.
