The Tulfo Brother’s Erwin and Raffy Tulfo are facing the court orders arrest warrant for libel charges issued by the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC), according to the radio reporter said.

RTC Judge Eleuterio Bathan of the Quezon City Branch 92 who issued the warrant of arrest last Tuesday June 24, 2014. After further investigation, Judge Bathan found the probable cause for the libelous remarks of being called“thief’ Police Officer” Abubakhar Maglangit. T3 Brothers also make their mistake when they announce on public and live are televised in national TV.

Senior Police Officer 3 Abubakhar Maglangit which called Thief police officer and maligned him in the episode of T3 last November 19, 2011.

Raffy Tulfo called him a shameless, thieving police officer who pointing his gun to the public and to scared people. Meanwhile, Erwin Tulfo called him a cop who steals water and also irritate even if  he was angry when caught and criticized, according to the report.

The assistant of Prosecutor Ferdinand Baylon detailed; “This is clearly an imputation of a crime and had the effect of besmirching the reputation of the complainant.”The truthfulness of the allegation (against the complainant) is immaterial,” according to the report of Daily Inquirer.

The Tulfo Brothers are facing the libel case filed by Senior Officer 3 Maglangit which RTC released the warrant of arrest last Tuesday Morning.
