In a supplemental affidavit of model Deniece Cornejo submitted to the Department of Justice prosecution panel, Cornejo claimed that she was abused by Navarro not just once, but twice.

According to her affidavit, Navarro’s first abused to the 22-year-old model Deniece Cornejo was on January 17, 2014 during their first meeting, while they were together inside the room of the condo unit of Deniece Cornejo at Forbeswood Heights.

Cornejo explained that during their first meeting in the condominium unit, they consumed one bottle of white wine that turned Navarro becomes aggressive.

“He lunged at me and managed to raise my shirt exposing my breasts, and he started touching my private parts,” her counter-affidavit reads.

Cornejo said that she struggled to stop the evil intention of the actor but he was able to manage and force her face close to his private part. She tried her best to free herself from the clutches of Navarro but no avail, she said.

Navarro was also able to remove his pants and inserted his private part into hers. Cornejo said that she was pleading, “No” struggling and crying, begging him to stop and push him with all her strength and eventually he stopped and left her unit, Cornejo said.

She let her friend businessman Cedric Lee knows about the incident and Lee wanted her to report to authorities about the incidents but she said that she was not feeling well by that time, she said.

However, Atty. Howard Calleja, the legal counsel of Cornejo and Lee explained the reason why it was already late to reveal the incident.

He said that their camp didn’t deny that the alleged abused of Navarro happened but they just “quite” about it because they understand the situation of his client and give her leeway and understanding for the time being, Atty. Calleja said.

On the other hand, based on a previous report, Atty. Calleja told ANC Headstart in an interview that nothing happened between Cornejo and Navarro during their first meeting on January 17, 2014. He also denied Navarro’s statement that they performed oral “6” before Navarro was mauled on January 22, 2014.
