The complainant in this episode is named Connie Orenda who complains about the agency of her husband because he was fractured due to an incident while he was working as a cable lineman and the agency did not attend to their hospital expenses. Mr. Raffy Tulfo talked to the HR Manager and fixed the case. The victim needs an operation and steel to be his spinal cord so that he could still work for his family. The agency gave the victim help so that he could recover from the accident.
