Here’s another issue of a complaint against a husband. The complainant is named Jocelyn Batiloy, a Janitress in OWWA. She was beaten by her husband Michael Acacio because she refuses to have an intimate encounter. It is a woman’s right to refuse intimate encounter if she doesn’t want to. The complainant wants to break up with her husband and wants to go home to her family and bring the children with her but her husband refuses. Mr. Raffy Tulfo got angry because of the husband’s harsh doing. Raffy Tulfo in Action team helped Ms. Jocelyn to take her children to her hometown.
