Some Local Government Units (LGUs) officially announced the #WalangPasok on Thursday December 14, 2017 due to Tropical Depression Urduja. Tropical Depression Urduja is now at Mindanao, the regions of MIMAROPA and CALABARZON and the rest of Bicol.

According to CNN, the state weather bureau has raised tropical cyclone signal no. 1, which means Pre-School and Kindergarten Classes are automatically suspended.
