
Global K-pop superstars BTS have officially revealed the tracklist for their highly anticipated new album, “Arirang,” sending waves of excitement across their worldwide fanbase, ARMY.
The announcement was made through the group’s official social media channels at midnight KST, accompanied by a visually striking teaser image that blends traditional Korean motifs with modern, cinematic aesthetics—hinting at the album’s conceptual direction.
The album title “Arirang” references Korea’s most iconic folk song, widely regarded as a symbol of resilience, longing, and unity. Industry observers say BTS appears to be drawing inspiration from cultural heritage while reinterpreting it through their signature contemporary sound.
According to the released tracklist, the album will feature a mix of solo and unit songs alongside full-group tracks. While full production credits have yet to be disclosed, several members are reportedly involved in songwriting and composition.
Sources close to the label describe the album as “emotionally layered,” exploring themes of identity, home, growth, and global connection.

According to Yonhap, the album’s debut track, “Swim,” is an alternative pop song about overcoming obstacles in life. RM, the group’s leader, co-wrote the lyrics.
“Arirang” is the group’s first album since the 2022 anthology “Proof.” It is scheduled to be released on March 20.
Additionally, on March 21, the group will perform a special show at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, which will be streamed live on Netflix.
Additionally, BTS will begin a tour in April that will include a two-day visit to the Philippines in March 2027.
