Empoy was unaware of the prank on him because he knew he would only be Alex’s bodyguard. He pleaded with the man standing in the parking lot near Alex’s car, pretending to be angry because he was being ejected.

A guard drew the man away because he, too, was unaware of the prank. Empoy appears to have been dragged from a thorn when he realized what had happened was a prank.
