“Forteza said that the reason for their breakup was because the actor forgot that it was actually their monthsary today.”

She has been in a four-year relationship with Jak. They will celebrate their fourth anniversary on May 19, 2021. In an Instagram post, the celebrity figure sent a poem to her sweetheart as a welcome on the day of their anniversary.

According to Barbie’s post:
