Actor Seth Fedelin of Kapamilya has fans wondering about the real state of his relationship with Francine Diaz, his longtime on-screen partner. Despite the public’s persistent curiosity, Fedelin says he would rather keep things quiet.

On Wednesday, Seth Fedelin avoided answering questions about their “real score,” implying that he and his partner Francine Diaz have a deeper bond.

At the press conference for their new movie “She Who Must Not be Named,” he remarked, “Kung ano real score namin, sa amin na lang ‘yun muna. Pero kung ano man kami, malayo na sa dati. Between the two of us muna.”

Fedelin playfully said, “Parang sa Bench,” alluding to the widely shared incident in which Francine Diaz kissed him on the cheek during the Bench fashion show, when asked to clarify what he meant by “malayo na.”

Fedelin, however, teased that he has considered their future and that he hopes to offer Diaz his last name in the future.

This was in response to a question on what attributes are more important than a person’s name, which was a reference to the movie’s narrative in which the female lead was nameless.

Supporters remain divided between wanting confirmation and respecting the pair’s privacy. Social media continues to buzz with theories, especially after their recent joint appearances and sweet interactions during events and guestings.

The tandem is expected to reunite in upcoming projects, with fans eagerly anticipating another series or film that will showcase their evolving chemistry. Whether romance is officially in the picture or not, one thing is certain—their partnership continues to captivate audiences.

Meanwhile, Diaz timidly replied that she was grateful for the remark.

She said, “To hear that from someone you know for a very long time, bilang babae, ang rare noon sa panahon ngayon. Sana hindi joke. I mean hindi forever na bata tayo, darating panahon you have to settle down and choose a life and person — all I am saying I appreciate that if that’s for me… I don’t know”

On April 29, “She Who Must Not Be Named” will be released in theaters.
