The eagerly awaited results of the September 2023 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) for both elementary and secondary levels are still pending release by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Earlier in the year, during the first quarter of 2023, the PRC and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) disclosed the outcomes of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.). Among the 60,896 elementary teacher examinees, 24,819 (40.76%) emerged successfully, while in the secondary level, out of 102,272 examinees, 48,005 (46.94%) secured passing marks. The nationwide examination took place on Sunday, September 24, 2023, in 37 testing centers spread across key locations, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and several others.

Furthermore, the PRC Board for Professional Teachers expanded the reach of the examination by designating Bangkok, Thailand, as an additional testing center, in accordance with Resolution No. 1655 Series of 2023. This initiative aimed to accommodate a broader pool of examinees and enhance accessibility to the examination. The educational landscape eagerly anticipates the release of the results, providing insights into the achievements of aspiring teachers who took part in this significant assessment.
