Julia Baretto, an actress, has responded to reports of a secret wedding to longtime lover Gerald Anderson.

Gerald Anderson stated that he found the lady he desires to marry, Julia Barretto.

At the same time, allegations are circulating on social media that the couples are secretly married and are simply keeping their relationship from the public.

An entertainment news website posted a video of her interview at the Preview Ball 2023, which took place on September 8 in the grand ballroom of the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City, when she responded to questions regarding being “secretly married” to the heartthrob actor.

Julia strongly refuted those allegations, adding, “Walang ganon, walang ganon. Walang secret, secret. Mahirap magka-secret sa mundong mabilis ang balita.”

After being flooded with questions regarding marriage, the actress said, “Bakit niyo ba kami minamadali?”

She pointed out that they are both “happy in their lives” and that marriage is something to “look forward to,” but she questioned why it has to be that fast.
