The 25-year-old Filipina TikTok sensation Sassa Gurl, who identifies as a trans woman, currently has more than 4.5 million fans. Sassa Gurl is known to have gapped front teeth.

The song contains a lyric that goes, “Sampu aking babygirl kahit ngipin ko hiwalay,” which convinced the netizens that it was indeed Sassa Gurl who sang the song.
