PAGASA Weather Update June 29, 2023 (Thursday)

According to the state weather bureau PAGASA, the southwest monsoon will bring occasional rainshowers and thunderstorms to portions of the country.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration issued the most recent weather report in the country on Thursday June 29, 2023. The southwest monsoon will have an impact on the country’s weather.

According to PAGASA, the southwest Monsoon will get to Central and Southern Luzon, as well as Visayas.

Over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Pangasinan, Habagat will bring overcast weather with occasional rainshowers and thunderstorms. Palawan, including the Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro are included.

The Habagat or Localized Thunderstorms will bring partly overcast to cloudy sky with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms throughout the whole Visayas as well as the rest of the country.

Theweather agency  has issued a warning to the public about the possibility of flash floods or landslides caused by moderate to heavy rainfall.
