Certificate of Registration Used as Tinapa Wrapper went Viral

Christine

After discovering that a Certificate of Registration from a famous institution in the country was being used as a wrapper for tinapa, a traditional smoked fish delicacy, a netizen resorted to social media to express their outrage.

Breih Pascua expressed his amazement in a lighthearted manner, stating that he originally assumed he was purchasing a usual dish.

Tinapa, on the other hand, appears to wish to enroll him in university. The post rapidly went viral, inspiring former students to republish it on their own social media pages.

One netizen pictured the tinapa genuinely studying at the mentioned school, while another joked that the tinapa may be enrolling again, this time at a different campus.

The post appears to have been removed. Fortunately, Tarlac Forum on Facebook was able to get a copy of it, but the post had been erased.

Meanwhile, in a separate post, Pascua stated that a faculty member from the aforementioned school contacted him about the Certificate of Registration being used as a wrapper.
