A footage of a police officer abusing her alleged girlfriend in Kidapawan City went viral lately. His cop lover dragged, kicked, and kneed the defenseless woman, according to the video.
Lamancas was swiftly detained by his fellow officers after the event went viral and was reported by concerned neighbors. He was accused with physical violence in accordance with RA 9262. According to the report, Lumancas beat his alleged lover because he feared she had another boyfriend, who turned out to be a cop.
According to the footage, Lumancas reportedly aimed a revolver at his girlfriend, with whom he was residing. The girl was brought to the hospital due to her injuries; her face was nearly unrecognizable. The cop in the video is presently being detained in a CPS lock-up cell in Kidapawan.
