The whole Visayas and Palawan including Kalayaan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

According to PAGASA, “Moderate to strong winds from Northeast to North will prevail over Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate to rough seas. Moderate to strong winds from East to Southeast will prevail over the eastern section of Visayas with moderate to rough seas. Light to moderate winds from Northeast will prevail over the rest of Visayas with light to moderate seas.”

PAGASA stands for “Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration”. It is the national meteorological and hydrological agency of the Philippines, responsible for providing weather forecasts, warnings, and other information related to weather and climate conditions in the country. PAGASA also monitors and provides information on seismic and volcanic activities, as well as astronomical events such as eclipses and conjunctions. Its main headquarters is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, but it has regional offices across the country.
