Xian Gaza responded to the information that Luis Manzano is the subject of a complaint filed with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) by some of Flex Fuel’s investors, where Luis served as chairman until leaving last year.

According to the complaint, each of the 100 Flex Fuel investors put P990,000 into the company, for a total of about P100 million, but they were unable to recover their investment.

Xian claimed in a Facebook post that he had a source say that Luis’s best man in his wedding to Jessy Mendiola used him for the alleged scam.
