Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:

The southern portion of Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the trough of LPA.

Eastern Visayas and rest of Palawan including Kalayaan Islands and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Moderate-strong winds from the Northeast will prevail over Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro with moderate-rough seas.
