Gladys Reyes stated that she never tampered with Christopher Roxas’ cellphone because she trusts him and respects their privacy.

Gladys and Christopher were one of the guest choices on Eat Bulaga’s “Bawal Judgmental” segment this Monday about couples who have entered the food business.

Gladys revealed that she and Christopher had been together for 29 years.

“Ang lagi kong sinasabi, prayers, patience, partnership. Kumbaga sa negosyo, siyempre kailangan muna mag-invest kayo. Hindi lang emotions pero lahat, siyempre ‘yung wisdom doon sa pagsasama niyo. And then eventually aanihin niyo ‘yung tubo doon sa negosyo na ‘yon, sa relationship na ‘yon,” Gladys stated.

“Respect each other’s privacy, isa rin ‘yan. Kasi trust ‘yun eh,” she continued.

As a result, she never looked for her husband’s phone.

“Katulad ngayon. Until now, hindi kami ‘yung ‘O patingin ng cellphone mo,’ hindi. Kasi iniisip ko, kung halimbawang may ginagawa naman ‘yung isa, siya naman ang magdadala no’n eh,” she stated.

Christopher believes that partners must be aware of their own limitations.

“Sa tama at sa totoo ka lang. Doon pa lang alam mo na ‘yung boundaries mo,” the actor stated.

Gladys and Christopher tied the knot in 2004. Christoph, Aquisha, Grant, and Gavin are their four children.

Gladys and Christopher, in addition to being actors, run a food business together.

Christopher is also a chef after studying culinary arts, and Gladys is in charge of marketing.

In addition to Sommereux Catering, they have a franchising company called EntertainMeat.

Gladys expressed gratitude to her husband, who was determined to grow their food business.

“Nakikinig lang ako sa kaniya hanggang eventually nagulat ako, ie-execute na. With the right partners, importante kasi na may tama kang tao na kasama. Hindi niyo kakayanin kayo lang ‘yun eh, sa totoo lang. Ang hirap ng kayanin mo, eventually magfe-fail, kasi hindi mo naman specialty ‘yun eh,” the actress continued.
