Cristy Fermin, a showbiz commentator, addressed the accusations that actor Vhong Navarro is seeking the assistance of politicians for his case.

Cristy, Morly Alinio, and Romel Chika discussed the allegations that the “It’s Showtime” presenter is seeking help from celebrity politicians on their YouTube show “Showbiz Now Na.”

Cristy denied the persistent rumors that other politicians are interfering in the Navarro case.

Cristy also highlighted a newspaper article in which it was stated that Vhong sought support from senators with connections to the entertainment world, including Senators Bong Revilla, Lito Lapid, Robin Padilla, Jinggoy Estrada, JV Ejercito, and even Grace Poe, in order to appease those who might be harassing his camp as a result of the legal problems he is dealing with.

“Wala pong politiko na magsasabi ng kanilang opinyon na di naaayon sa batas. Hindi nila kakalabanin ang hukuman. No one is above the law. Wala pong kahit na sino ang mas mataas pa kaysa sa batas,” Cristy Fermin stated.

The senators mentioned above may only know Vhong since they are involved in a related field.

But according to reports, Cristy is assured they won’t become engaged in the case and will leave it to the more qualified authorities.
