A 26-year-old MMDA traffic auxiliary officer was detained on Saturday for allegedly r@ping his 12-year-old cousin.

According to authorities, the suspect and victim shared a property in Pandacan, Manila, and exchanged text messages before the suspect allegedly committed the murd*r in July.

Manolito Flores of the PNP Pandacan Station 10.

Last September 23, the court issued an arrest warrant for the suspect for statutory r@pe.

Authorities apprehended the suspect when he was on duty at the MMDA’s Taguig City field office.

The suspect refused to comment on the allegations leveled against him.
