Toni Gonzaga, a presenter and the newest Shopee ambassador, has a long history with the online company because of the convenience it provides users like her.

Gonzaga recalled her initial encounter with Shopee, which happened to be almost seven years ago, during the media event when she was formally introduced as a brand ambassador.  

Gonzaga stated, “I’ve been a Shopee customer for almost six or seven years now… when I was pregnant with Seve, our ‘house angels’ would get deliveries — mga small items, trinkets, gadgets — so I asked them saan galing.” 

Gonzaga learned how convenient the platform was after being taken around, especially in terms of saving time and energy by not having to drive out and buy fuel.

Gonzaga revealed that two months ago, when she learned that she had been asked by the company to endorse it, she phoned her sister Alex Gonzaga, a former Shopee ambassador.

“When I told her the news, sobrang tuwang-tuwa siya, sabi niya ‘Yey! So happy for you!’ kasi alam niyang matagal na akong loyal customer and user ng Shopee,” Toni Gonzaga stated.
