Another low pressure area (LPA) east of Central Luzon has become tropical depression Karding, the 11th tropical storm to come and produce in the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in 2022. The weather change began around 8 a.m., according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
on Thursday, September 22nd Tropical cyclone bulletins will be issued beginning Thursday at 11 a.m. Aside from Karding, the southwest monsoon, known locally as “habagat,” is also being observed.
According to PAGASA, this weather system may bring partly overcast sky with isolated rain showers to various regions of the nation.
PAGASA weather specialist Benison Estareja stated in a public weather forecast that the southwest monsoon will mostly hit the western regions of Central and Southern Luzon in the next 24 hours.
