Vhong Navarro’s wife, Tanya Bautista, has talked about the “backer” of model Deniece Cornejo.

Tanya supports her spouse in the midst of this controversy. She showed her disappointment in front of the media when she said that while this matter was expected to be resolved, the opposing side unexpectedly gained momentum.

However, they are hopeful that the actor-host will be released from jail.

“Bakit kasi may r@pe? Lahat ng ebidensya ibinigay namin. Consistent si Vhong sa kuwento niya since day one,” Tanya stated.

When questioned if she had any information of the rumored “backer” of the opposing side, Tanya said, “I do. We have. Pero parang hindi ko naman masasabi ‘yun. Right now, siguro mas marami pang mase-share yung legal team sa akin.”

She stated that they felt unexpectedly attacked and unable to defend themselves. The husband of Vhong Navarro expressed her hope that this matter didn’t have anything to do with the current administration.

“I hope wala. That would be very sad. I hope wala. Personal ‘tong issue, may galit… ‘di ko alam so dun lang. Sana ‘di ganon,” Tanya stated.
