Carlo Aquino and Trina Candaza surprised netizens by celebrating their daughter Mithi’s second birthday together.

It’s been eight months since they split, and it’s no secret that Trina’s remarks about the Kapamilya actor’s alleged third party were divisive.

Trina put on her best outfit and left Carlo’s house with Baby Mithi. The mother and daughter will move into Trina’s condo unit in January 2022.

Trina also told netizens in July 2022 that she and Carlo split up because the actor’s concept of commitment to their new family was ambiguous.

Based on Trina’s comments, it appears that Carlo does not believe in marriage.

Trina made the photos of Carlo and Baby Mithi from the children’s party public until September 9, 2022.

In her YouTube vlog, Trina explained that she and Carlo are really on good terms.

“Yung status namin ngayon, we’re okay, nag-uusap kami. Actually, ngayon-ngayon lang kami naging okay.

“Talagang nagkakausap kami. But of course, para kay Mithi, okay naman kami.

“Nagbi-visit siya dito sa condo pag wala siyang work and lakad. Stay siya dito for a few hours.

“Nagmo-mall din kami together, kaming family. So ayun, parang kakain lang. Dinadala si Mithi sa Kidzoona.

“Video call if busy siya, nasa work or nasa ibang country,” Trina stated.

Trina was honest and said that she was not closed to the possibility of her and Carlo getting back together.

But if they don’t get back again, said Trina, “But I think masaya naman na siya ngayon.

“So, okay na rin siguro na ganito. At least happy and okay kami.”
