Atty. Mallonga Alma and Vhong Navarro’s wife, Tanya Bautista, will be charged with contempt, according to Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, the model’s lawyer.

“Now preparing contempt charges against Atty. Alma Mallonga and Vhong Navarro’s wife for making statements that are sub judice in nature. We will not sit idly by while some people again make a mockery of justice by having another trial by publicity,” Atty. Topacio stated.

Vhong and Atty. Mallonga camp has not yet responded as of this writing.

Sen. Bong Revilla, who has already served time in jail, made his opinions known as well as any advise he could have for Vhong.

“Kung talagang ginawa niya ‘yon, makikita naman ng korte ‘yan, pananagutan n’ya ‘yon. Kung hindi naman niya ginawa, that is so unfair for him na magdusa siya sa kulungan nang wala siyang kasalanan. Kaya I just hope na mapabilis ‘yang pag-resolve ng kaso na ‘yan, whether guilty or not. Pwede naman ipa-fast-track ‘yung hearing n’ya,” Sen. Revilla stated.
