The 85th season of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) starts on October 1 with Adamson University as the host school.

The league aims to return to the pre-pandemic UAAP days, which includes televised games on Wednesday-Saturday-Sunday.

The events calendar announced later this month. Director of the Office for Athletic Development Fr. Aldrin Suan CM, OAD coordinator Rachelle Padilla, IDEA Director Dr. Pamela Mantuhac, Admission and Student Recruitment Director Richmond Yap, OSA Head of Student Development Ma. Catherine Cequea, Head of the Secretariat Ms. Arlene Paredes, Communication Department Chairperson Ms. Ailene Ayson, Computer Science Department Chairperson Mr. Edward Bustillos, and Information Technology and Information System Department attended the conference.

“… adding that games will revert to its original Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday schedule with double-headers expected for the centerpiece basketball and volleyball events.”

“Rise as One” is the theme of UAAP Season 85. Schools that participate in UAAP are:
